Our catering manager leads an experienced catering team who work tirelessly to ensure that our boarders receive nutritious, delicious menus at all meal occasions: breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dessert and supper.
Our full time chef and kitchen staff take a genuine interest in the girls and cook for them with health, nutrition and enjoyment in mind. Dishes are well thought out, sourced from local produce, and prepared to an exceptionally high standard. Fresh fruit is always available and special diets can be catered for.
The dining room menu is reviewed each week by key boarding and catering staff in order to add variety and meet the changing seasons, and to ensure that a well-balanced diet is offered to the boarders especially during these very important adolescent developing years.
The girls also have regular input through their student representative committee and feedback is sought through regular individual on-line surveys. At the end of each term each year level enjoys choosing their favourite lunch or dinner meal for the ‘boarders choice’ week menu.
