Lindsay Statham Music Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to a single girl each year entering year 10. This scholarship is offered for a 3 year period from year 10 until year 12. Candidates must sit the ACER exam.

The late Mr Lindsay Statham KSJ OAM was the Chairman of the Fairholme Board from 1980 to 2001. The scholarship recognises the significant contribution Lindsay Statham made to the Fairholme family during this time.

OPEN MUSIC SCHOLARSHIPS ENTRY INTO YEAR 10

CATEGORY 1

• Orchestral String Instruments (Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass) & Piano - Applicants should have reached Grade 5 AMEB or equivalent in their chosen instrument.

CATEGORY 2

• Wind Instruments (Flute, Clarinet, Alto Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, Euphonium) Percussion, Guitar & Singing - Applicants should have reached Grade 4 AMEB or equivalent in singing or their chosen instrument.

CATEGORY 3

• Specialty Instruments (Tenor Saxophone, Baritone Saxophone, Piccolo, Oboe, Bass Clarinet, Bassoon, French Horn, Tuba, Bagpipes, Pipe Organ, Harp) - Applicants should have reached Grade 3 AMEB or equivalent in their chosen instrument.
