Working at Fairholme

Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the Range escarpment in Toowoomba, Fairholme College is one of Australia’s leading independent girls’ schools with around 800 students from Kindy to Year 12.

Quality relationships and a strong sense of community are two factors that make Fairholme a special place to work. We aim to nurture a culture where talented staff enjoy coming to work and, as a result, reach their full potential.

Regardless of position, all of our employees play an integral role in school life to ensure we ignite [EXTRA]ordinary futures for our students and staff.

We’re a school that follows restorative practices and that means it is a part of our culture and we respect each other, not just the staff but the students as well. There is a great deal of trust and positivity between staff and our students and I think that is one of the factors why staff love working here.
