Enrolment Process @ Fairholme

We value the opportunity for you to experience Fairholme and encourage you to register for a Fairholme Girl for a Day experience and/or come for a College tour »  Stepping on campus, allows you to gain a sense of who we are and what is important to us as a place of learning and living.

• Complete and submit an online Application for Enrolment form » A separate application form must be completed for each child. The application form must be accompanied by:

1. A reference;
2. Copy of birth certificate; and
3. Payment of the non-refundable application fee (currently $110 per applicant).

• The School will confirm receipt of your application.
• Your daughter’s name will be added to the waiting pool for the year of entry you are seeking. All applicants’ names are placed in the College waiting pool until two years prior to entry, when the enrolment process commences. 

• An invitation to interview will occur within the two years prior to beginning at Fairholme College. Should the interview be successful, and a place available, a formal offer will follow. For boarding students, offers will be made (at least) twelve months prior to entry.
• For day students, according to availability, places may be available earlier.
• Where places are unavailable, students may continue to be part of the waiting pool.
• If Fairholme is unable to offer a position at a particular point of entry, the family is contacted and given the opportunity to amend the girl’s future point of entry. If this option is chosen, the girl’s name is placed in the chosen year level waiting pool, according to her original date of application.
• Fairholme Junior students are given automatic entry into Year 7. Automatic progression is also available for girls in Kindy into Fairholme Junior.

Upon receipt of a formal offer of place, a non-refundable Confirmation Fee of $750.00 ($650.00 for Kindy) is immediately payable to accept the offer. Once the enrolment contract has been signed and the confirmation fee paid, the enrolment is formally confirmed, and the enrolment contract is completed.
