Deep Water Running
Deep water running provides valuable fitness benefits without the impact and injury risks associated with dry land training. This type of training is great for metatarsal fracture, patellar tendonitis, Achilles tendonitis, ankle sprains, soreness in the knees, lower back pain or just about any other lower body injury*. Come and discover a fun and entertaining way to meet new friends while getting a great workout.
*As with all exercise programs, you should consult your doctor before commencing this training to find out if this is suitable for you.
Adult Fitness Swimming
Adult Fitness takes swimming laps to the next level, under the watchful eye of a dedicated Coach. Our experienced Coaches provide participants with a program designed to their current ability and fitness level. There is something to suit all swimmers, whether they are just learning to gain confidence as an adult swimmer, or training for specific events.
We also provide tuition in stroke correction and Adult Learn to Swim as part of these sessions.
Senior Coach (Triathlon Australia Performance Coach qualified) Dave Negus runs swim programs to improve your swimming technique for triathlon and build up your endurance. Saturday Aquathon sessions are also available (discuss with coach) email@example.com
How do I get started?
- Contact FAST Aquatic Centre for an over 18s’ swimming guide, timetable and sign-up form, or download from the Learn More links below.
- Finalise your paperwork and membership payment for the current swim season. Over 18s’ membership at FAST Aquatic Centre is $20 per swimmer.
- Select a session from the timetable, and start swimming! Sessions are paid on a casual basis. Bookings are not taken, however payment to the coach on deck is required before entering the pool.
