Year 10 subjects

Year 10 QCS Information Evening Presentation (2.1MB PDF)

Following is the list of Key Learning Areas each student will study:

• English
• Mathematics
• Science
• Health & Physical Education
• Humanities: students will study a term each of Ancient History, Economics, Geography and Modern History.
• 3 electives: chosen form LOTE (French, German, Japanese), Technology, The Arts (Dance, Drama Art).
• Life Skills (Christian Education)

Each student must elect to study Technology or a Language. Students who choose to study a Language will also have Information Technology classes.

Any enquiries regarding the Year 10 Programme should be directed to the Heads of Year 10 who will organise appointments with other key members of staff if necessary.
